The building’s lighting systems are designed with energy efficiency in mind, and use of advanced lighting control systems is planned.
Within the scope of the building, the use of environmentally friendly materials is kept on the front line and necessary precautions are taken for minimum waste production during construction. In addition, the necessary areas for recycling are separated. Collection and recycling of rainwater, the use of water-saving fixtures and sustainable landscape applications are also some of the eco-friendly features of the building.
