Sustainability report discloses and evaluates the sustainability performance of a company in a reasonable and balanced way.

The report includes both all positive and negative impacts of the company on its stakeholders. Additionally, sustainability reports should also involve the sustainability strategies, projects, and the way of governance in the companies. In general terms, it is expected that a sustainability report provides such a content and quality that the information requirement of all its important stakeholders is fulfilled. Carbon Management: According to Kyoto Protocol and the regulation on “Monitoring Green House Gases” published in 2012 in the official newspaper with the number 28274, some enterprises are required to monitor greenhouse gas emissions. Especially, enterprises providing service in international level are required to report their greenhouse gases according to the international norms and standards.

ISO 14064 series can be defined as the guidance standard for companies in preparation of inventories, reports, and improvements regarding greenhouse gases. The ISO 14064 series can be listed as following:

ISO  14064-1: Specification with guidance at the organization level for quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals

ISO 14064-2: Part 2: Specification with guidance at the project level for quantification, monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emission reductions or removal enhancements

ISO 14064-3: Part 3: Specification with guidance for the validation and verification of greenhouse gas assertions
