Uniq Istanbul, located in Ayazağa, Istanbul, is awarded the “Silver” level certification in the LEED Core & Shell category. Designed as a new generation culture-arts and life center of Istanbul, the project has a construction area of 150.000 m2 within 62 acres of land. With its 12,000 m² area, the venue is the Volkswagen Arena, the concert, convention and performance center UNIQ Hall with an area of 10,000 m² and the UNIQ museum with a 2,500 m² arts center, UNIQ Foyer with a  15,000 m² consisting of educational areas ,meeting areas, offices, eating and drinking areas and shops.
