Office areas within the A-C-D blocks of Türk Telekom’s Esentepe Karamancılar Business Center are eligible to receive LEED certification at the Gold level in the LEED for Commercial Interiors category. Many environmental and human friendly features have been integrated into project design and construction. In addition, the operational costs incurred during the operation of the buildings have been reduced thanks to the strategies and systems used.

Materials used in Karamancilar Türk Telekom has been selected to support the recycling of materials  and the local economy. High energy and water saving are provided by the selection of mechanical-electrical equipments, devices, water faucets and LED lighting fixtures.  In the project, it has been noted that chemical materials such as paint and adhesives are selected in accordance with international indoor air quality conditions.
