Türk Telekom Technology Center project located on the office floors of Ümraniye A4 Plaza; with the environment, savings and user comfort focused design and construction applications,
was awarded the  LEED Gold Certification for Commercial Interiors.

The materials used in the Türk Telekom Technology Center project were chosen to support recycling and local economy. Energy and water saving are provided by the selection of mechanical-electrical equipments, devices, water faucets and LED lighting fixtures with high efficiency. In the project, it has been noted that chemical materials such as paint and adhesives are selected in accordance with international indoor air quality conditions.
