BREEAM has two types of certificates: Design and Post Construction. In order to obtain a design certificate, the BREEAM criteria of the project must be designed and declared appropriately, but you must obtain a construction certificate after this certificate is valid. Construction certificates require much more detailed documentation, and photographs of what has been done for practically every application and tests for who needs to be done. The final audit report prepared by Altensis in this way consists of a 154-page written report, 98 photographs and supporting documents. As a result, Toyota Plaza Onatça received “Very Good” certification from BREEAM with a score of 55.21%.
