THE HOUSE RESIDENCE, which is awarded the GOLD certificate in LEED v2009 New Construction category, is located in Bomonti, Istanbul.

The House Residence project is located in one of the most densely populated districts of Istanbul and with the proximity to public transportation, bicycle and low emitting parkig spaces the emissions rates caused by the transportation is aimed to reduced.

In order to reduce potable water use, water efficienct flow and flush fixtures are provided. Native and adaptive plants are selected to reduce irrigation demad.

During the design and consruction process, materials with recycled content and local materials are preferred.
