The design of the project, which emerged from the re-development of an old factory site, was built according to LEED criteria in accordance with Tekfen’s sustainability strategy. The building, which is located in a central area, in a locality where public transportation lines are concentrated, has a closed area of approximately 55.000 m2 and achieves the desired energy efficiency thanks to its superior design and ensures maximum utilization from daylight. With its award-winning design, efficient building systems and the resulting LEED GOLD certificate, the project makes a difference to the area it is in.
