SMART PLAZA, which is being built in Kavacık, is an office project with 30.000 m2 closed area. Altensis has provided Breeam Consulting and Supervision services. Within the scope of the project, various applications for sustainable land use, employee health, water and energy efficiency were designed in accordance with Breeam Criteria.
