ProPlan Proje Yönetim Tic. Inc. head office , located on the 10th floor of Akasya Acibadem tower block, was awarded a final certificate at GOOD level according to the BREEAM Europe Commercial: Offices 2009 evaluation system.

In the interior, all materials used as chemicals, such as paint glue, used to protect the comfort and health of the user, and as floor and wall covering, are kept in compliance with international standards. Efficient water and lighting fixtures have been selected to save a significant amount of water and energy. Users are provided with individual lighting and temperature control for the interior, and a blind can be controlled by the user to prevent glare.

In addition, since the plant is located in the Akasya Acibadem project, which receives the BREEAM GOOD certificate, the design of the building shell and the selection of highly efficient mechanical mainframes have contributed significantly to the energy efficiency of the project.
