Shopping malls energy and water consumption is high and they are high amounts of waste producing buildings due to long working hours, dense human circulation and various functions . By integrating LEED green building certification into the design and construction process, both operating costs are reduced and more livable spaces are offered. At the same time, environmental friendly construction materials were selected to reduce CO2 emissions and thus to minimize the negative impact on the environment.
