Oryapark 151 Office is the first A + office project of the region prepared according to the LEED Criteria for an environmentally and sustainable life. The Oryapark project, consisting of Oryapark 151 Office and Crowne Plaza Hotel blocks, was awarded the “Gold” level certification in LEED Core & Shell category. Many environmental and human friendly features have been integrated into project design and construction.
By adapting to the LEED criteria in the design and construction of the Oryapark project, it will prevent negative impacts on the environment and also reduce the costs of building users by reducing the operational costs incurred during the operation of the buildings thanks to the strategies and systems used.
