Nida Göztepe office building is entitled to receive Gold certificate in LEED Core & Shell category.

Nida Kule Göztepe is an A + office project with 35 floors, which is being built at Goztepe  at the center of Istanbul Anatolian Side. In the project  LEED process management made by Altensis, sustainability and indoor living quality were held in the foreground. Designed by Ergun Architecture and Dynamic Project Engineering, Nida Göztepe building has high performance and efficient architectural and mechanical systems under its simple exterior that resembles “Barcode” lines. The central location of the building, the basic services in the surrounding area and public transport facilities make it easy for building users to use it, as well as private parking spaces to support low emission vehicles. Parking spaces designed under the building, heat-island formation due to the harmful effects of the sun are also prevented due to the light color of the hard floors around the building and the roof. The building facade and interior design is calculated by computer simulation which allows the building users to make maximum use of daylight.

In addition, the project, which features 30% more clean air, water efficiency, mechanical-electrical systems measurement, and low-emission construction material usage are the most important features of green offices within the scope of LEED. Also during construction phase  with more than 40% of construction materials containing environmentally sensitive recycled raw materials and more than 70% from local materials used , which was contributing to the local economy as much as the environment.
