MINT Çaglayan is a high-rise residential building comprised of 129 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of Istanbul. The property responds to the demand from residents with environmentally-sensitive urban lifestyles. The intention is to transform urban environments through differentiated properties that maintain the highest level of quality and sustainability. A conscientious approach is taken throughout each project’s lifecycle, from the re-cycling of waste during the construction process straight through to providing electric cars with charging stations for residents to rent. Beyond the utility savings, residents enjoy easy access to public transportation as well as MİNT ÇaĞlayan’s proximity to medical, commercial, educational and historical facilities such as Istanbul Çaglayan Justice Palace.
Altensis provided inspection for the project’s sustainable applications and MİNT Çağlayan has received final EDGE certification from GBCI (EDGE Certifier) after Altensis’ EDGE Audit service.
