The Kuwait Turkish Banking Base in Şekerpınar has been awarded the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.

The project includes many energy-efficient and innovative applications:

• Gray water collected from sinks and showers is re-evaluated in reservoirs and waste water is purified and used in landscape watering to minimize the use of tap water.
• With the use of the highly efficient mechanical and electrical equipment and the trigeneration system, significant energy savings have been achieved according to international standards.
• To raise the ecological value of the land and to preserve the habitat; The amount of green space was increased by using the local and adaptive plant species according to pre-construction land status.
• Recyclable wastes were collected during the construction period and the damage to the environment was minimized by paying attention to the cleanliness of the construction site.
• In the design of the interior,  special attention paid to user health and comfort.
