Khazanah Turkey Regional Office on the 15th Floor of Kanyon Office Building, located on Büyükdere Caddesi, one of the most central working and living areas of Istanbul, was awarded with the LEED Commercial Interior certificate.

The project’s architectural, mechanical and electrical system designs, materials and equipment selections were made according to sustainable criteria, combining the advantageous position of the green office building in which it is located. The use of daylight and presence sensors, efficient lighting fixtures and mechanical systems have created an energy-saving office space. In addition, more than 90% of the electrical equipment in the office is ENERGY STAR compliant, an international program aimed at boosting energy efficiency.

With Khazanah’s carbon certification, it will provide 2 years of energy consumption from green energy, thus minimizing the harm to the environment.
