ISTANBUL ASIA CORPORATE CENTER (Citibank Office) Project is located at 6th floor of AND Kozyatagi Building which is already LEED Platinum certificated Project. Citibank Office project which is designed by the principles of environmentally sustainable to ensure an optimal and healthy working environment to its employees, under Altensis consultancy, had succeeded of being Gold certified in LEED v4 Interior Design and Construction: Commercial Interiors category.

The Project location is within the proximity to public transportation, bicycle and low emitting parking spaces. Hence, the emissions rates caused by the transportation is aimed to reduced.

The project’s architectural, mechanical and electrical system design, material and equipment selection made according to sustainable criteria. By selecting high efficient mechanical equipment, lighting fixtures and water fixtures, reduction in consumption of energy and water can be achieved.

In addition, the visual comfort conditions of the building users have been provided by increasing the interior view quality. On the design stage, it has been taken into consideration that the building users in the regularly occupied spaces to have benefit from the daylight at optimum level.
