Within the scope of ISMEP project, the existing hospital will be demolished and the 1000-bed fully equipped project will be completed by the end of 2017. The total covered area of the hospital  is 270.000 m2 and the land area is 124.000 m2. The building is a Gold Certified candidate in the LEED Healthcare category.

Hospital will be equipped with energy saving systems which will become a leading public hospital, a part of its electricity will be supplied from natural gas by using the trigeneration system and a great saving will be achieved by reducing operating costs in meeting the heating, cooling and hot water needs.
