Eczacibasi Office Building has been awarded BREEAM In Use – International Certificate of Excellent level in Part 1 & Part 2, which aims to improve the use of buildings in terms of environment, health, efficiency and comfort. Under Altensis’s BREEAM management services, additional applications have been made to the building users’ access to the building, improvements in building use and building security.

In addition; operational waste management, environmental policies such as sustainable procurement and monthly – annual energy & water consumption data of the building have been examined in detail and improvements have been made.  As a result of ASHRAE energy audit, the building’s deficiencies were identified and a road map for energy efficiency was drawn. In addition, implementations such as an electric vehicle charging station, rainwater reuse in landscape, replacement of lighting fixtures with efficient ones, inclusion of building management within the scope of ISO 14001, inclusive design, etc. have also been added to the building.
