Turkey’s first LEED Platinum building !!!

Eser Holding Office was designed to consume less energy.  Building also produces a significant portion of its energy. Green buildings are structures designed to remove the negative effects on the environment and human health. These buildings are buildings that consume considerably less energy and water than traditional buildings, have less environmental impact and generally have a higher indoor air quality. In addition, green buildings, building materials, furnishings and furnishings also prevent the effect of lifetime. These benefits include better space development practices; design and construction choices; operation, maintenance, disposal and the cumulative effects of possible reuse of building materials and systems.

Eser Holding Office  is designed to meet many of the defined criteria of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) assessment system developed by the American Green Building Council. With regard to green building innovations, the LEED system is the criterion for design and construction applications, the location of construction, the use of water and energy, environmentally preferred production and waste management activities, improved indoor quality and “continuous improvement” approach.

Building received LEED PLATIN, the highest grade certificate of LEED in February 2011, the most prestigious green building evaluation system in the world. The Eser Holding Office Building, built entirely with Turkish architecture and engineering, has been the first building in Turkey to have a LEED PLATIN.
