The EY Istanbul Office project, located on the first 5 floors of the 14-storey Orjin Maslak Plaza, was awarded with LEED Gold certification for Commercial Interiors category with design and construction applications focused on environment, saving and user comfort that it has made.

Materials used in EY Istanbul Office project was selected to support the recycling and the local economy. High energy and water saving are ensured by the fact that the underground water usage, heating and lighting systems are subject to automation and energy efficient mechanical and  electrical equipments, devices, water faucets and LED lighting fixtures are selected. In the project, it has been noted that chemical materials such as paint and adhesives are selected in accordance with international indoor air quality conditions.
