Ceva Logistics Gebze 5 Building has been awarded  BREEAM In Use – International certification at Very Good (Asset Performance) and Good (Management Performance) levels, which aims to improve the buildings in use in terms of environment, health, efficiency, and comfort.

Altensis provides BREEAM management services, existing applications regarding changing rooms, showers, lockers, accessibility applications for the disabled, pedestrian safety, etc. were evaluated and improvements were made to improve the access of the building users to the building, the use of the building and the building security. In addition, the building management’s recycling – domestic waste and environmentally friendly materials – purchasing policies and annual/monthly electricity and water consumption of the building were examined in detail and improvements were made in potential areas.

In this process, the Energy Identity Certificate (EKB) arrangement, which includes information about the building’s minimum energy need and energy consumption classification, insulation properties and the efficiency of the heating and/or cooling systems, has been completed.
