Büyükhanlı Ataşehir Project was evaluated under BREEAM criteria during design and construction and qualified to get a certificate at GOOD level. The project has many elements to protect the environment and human health. The building is a green building with the features brought by energy efficiency, water efficiency, such as paying attention to the issues of operating costs to minimize the rent and provide material benefits while at the same time practices applied throughout the design and construction phases and material  choices provide healthy and comfortable environment for the building users.
