Bursagaz’s Administration Building, which provides gas distribution and trading services in the province of Bursa, which has Turkey’s third largest gas distribution network, is awarded the LEED certificate at the platinum level under the LEED for New Construction category.

As a nature-friendly and environmentally friendly project  in EWE & Bursagaz building, control of all water and electricity consumption was provided by automated systems i. The materials used in both construction and decoration were selected in accordance with international ‘green building’ standards. Rainwater and wastewater are mechanically controlled, and PV panels on the facade and wind turbine are expected to meet 3% of the building’s energy needs. In addition, a cogeneration system, which is a modular structure system that generates electric energy and heat from the natural gas, is used and optimization of the energy usage areas is achieved by using the cooling system with Absorption Chiller (ABS) which uses waste heat.
