Baxter Turkey Administration Building project, located on the 24th and 25th floors of the 37-storey Sun Plaza on Büyükdere Caddesi, one of the most central working and living areas of Istanbul, has been awarded a certificate in the LEED for Commercial Interiors category at the level of Silver, with design and construction applications focused on environment, savings and user comfort.

Materials used in the project  has been selected to support recycling and the local economy. High energy and water saving are ensured by using mechanical and electrical equipments, devices, water faucets and LED lighting fixtures with high efficiency and with automation of  heating and lighting systems . In the project, it has been noted that chemical materials such as paint and adhesives are selected in accordance with international indoor air quality conditions. Baxter will provide 2 years of its  energy consumption from green energy through its carbon certificate. With the help of this certificate it will minimize its harm to the environment.
