The management building of BASF’s factory located in the Dilovasi Organized Industrial Zone, one of the world’s leading companies, has been awarded LEED certification at GOLD level with applications implemented under the renovations project. Altensis provided consultancy and engineering servicesto the projecst.  It is the first renovation project in Turkey awarded with GOLD certification.

The changing facade and mechanical systems within the project have been renewed by keeping energy efficiency on the front panel and the building has successfully combined the international sustainability strategies of BASF and the environmentally friendly applications of the LEED system and has demonstrated high performance in terms of energy water and resource utilization. In addition, with the applications and human friendly materials used, the comfort of the building users is also kept in the forefront.
