Altensis has received the LEED CI GOLD certificate which is the leading green building consulting and engineering firm in Turkey.
31% energy saving was achieved with selected efficient lighting fixtures and mechanical systems . Open office work areas and circulation areas were separated from each other by illuminated zones to prevent unnecessary lighting from being used in areas that were not used actively. 41% savings were achieved with selected water-saving products in volumes.
A detailed counter system was set up in the office to provide all lighting, heating, power supply, ventilation and water volumes. Avoiding the use of chemicals containing volatile compounds harmful to human health in interior design, emphasis was placed on the use of materials that are local and recycled raw material content.
Altensis will provide 2 years of energy consumption with green sources from the carbon certificate and will minimize the harm to the environment.
