The Allianz Office Fit-Out project, located within the Allianz Tower, is entitled to receive the “Gold” level of LEED for Commercial Interiors category as one of the few office projects in the world, in line with the LEED criteria.

By adapting to LEED criteria in the design and construction of Allianz Office project, the negative effects of the construction on the environment are prevented and the user comfort is increased by using the right strategies and systems while the operational costs of the building reduced.
