ALIGN TECHNOLOGY ISTANBUL OFFICE PROJECT is awarded GOLD level certificate in LEED v4 IDC category. In this context, many environmentally and human-friendly features have been integrated into the project design and construction. ALIGN TECHNOLOGY ISTANBUL OFFICE, which was designed and built considering the sustainability criteria from the concept project stage, has been handled with the principle of creating a healthy and ecological working environment. The project is located within the River Plaza building, which has previously received LEED GOLD certification. While aiming to reduce carbon emissions, public transportation is encouraged with the metro stop and bus stops within walking distance of the River Plaza building.

With the use of efficient fixtures with low flow and flush rates in the building, 50% efficiency in water consumption has been achieved. Energy saving in accordance with international standards has been achieved in the building with energy-efficient mechanical-electrical systems and high-performance façade.

During the construction, recyclable wastes were separated and sent for recycling. In order to increase indoor air quality, the amount of fresh air supplied to the spaces has been kept above international standards; In the interior, chemicals such as paint, adhesive, and sealant with low VOC value are used.
