The AKBATI AVM and Residence project in Esenyurt, which is one of the most important developing regions of Istanbul, has been evaluated within the scope of BREEAM Bespoke system and qualified for “Good” level certification.

In the design and construction of the building, sustainability strategies such as efficient lighting and HVAC systems, daylight usage, water efficient systems, energy monitoring and control, and waste management were applied in the light of ALTENSIS ‘consultancy and supervision services.

It is one of the largest projects in the world that is awarded the Breeam certificate with a covered area of 230,000 m2. http://www.akbati.com/
