AKBATI AVYM, which has the Breeam Bespoke certificate at Good level in Esenyurt,  has been awarded BREEAM In Use – International Certificate of Excellent level, which aims to improve the use of buildings in terms of environment, health, efficiency and comfort.. Under Altensis’s BREEAM management services, additional applications have been made to the building users’ access to the building, improvements in building use and building security.

In addition, building management ‘s recycling – domestic waste and environmentally sensitive material – product purchase policies and monthly – annual water consumption of the building have been examined in detail and improvements have been made.  As a result of ASHRAE energy survey, the building’s deficiencies were identified and a road map for energy efficiency was drawn.
