Agaoglu Andromeda Gold is a housing project consisting of 398 residents in total. The LEED Gold certificate issued by the American Green Building Council has been awarded in New Construction category.

During the construction of the Andromeda Gold building, engineers, architects and consultants worked together to harmonize the design of the green building. Thus, in order to minimize damage to the environment during construction, construction waste was recycled and collected as domestic waste. At the same time, in order to prevent the spread of construction pollution, various measures such as washing the wheels of the trucks and applying silt curtains were taken.

The building saves energy consumption according to the ASHREA 90.1 (American Building Energy Efficiency Standard) standard, which provides a significant advantage in operating costs for building users.

Andromeda Gold has successfully passed the “Sealing Test”, which is designed to minimize the loss of energy used during warming in winter and cooling in summer. The materials used in the building will not affect the quality of indoor air and environment friendly products are used.
