The Box Office Project, in Ümraniye, Istanbul, has been awarded LEED v4 New Construction: Core and Shell Gold certification for its environmentally friendly and user-comfort-focused design and construction practices. The project integrates sustainability criteria into its design and construction processes to create a healthy, modern, and environmentally conscious workspace.

Urban heat island effect has been reduced by using local and adaptive plants in green areas, as well as light-colored coatings on the roof and landscaped surfaces, providing employees with access to outdoor green spaces.

Infrastructure for 13 electric vehicle charging stations has been installed to support electric vehicle users, and shower facilities have been provided for employees and visitors.

American Energy Efficiency Standard (ASHRAE) was prioritized in the design of heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems. Inefficiencies were identified during the design phase, ensuring optimal energy efficiency for the building.

Indoor fresh air rates were determined in compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 standards, ensuring a healthy work environment. Additionally, interior finishing materials were selected according to international low-emission standards.
