Mint Levent Olive Project is the first and only 2-block residential project with 1+1 and 2+1 flats in the region as a part of urban transformation. Consisting of 2 modern city apartments with 14 and 7 floors, Mint Levent Olive has 242 residences and 1 commercial unit. In the design strategy of the project, sustainable and user-oriented planning was considered. The applicability of energy efficient, sustainable materials and less water consumption were targeted and it has been awarded the EDGE Certificate in this direction. Mint Levent Olive project has proven to be 34% more efficient in energy, 36% more efficient in water, and 29% more efficient in materials than local buildings in Turkey.
