Kalyon Kemerburgaz Homes, located in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul, consists of 14 low-rise blocks and is designed with a strong focus on user comfort and environmentally friendly practices. The project has successfully met key sustainability criteria and has been awarded the LEED v4 Residential: Multifamily Homes Gold certification.

The operational scenario of the project focuses on using systems that consume less energy and water, as well as design solutions that enhance indoor air quality. Energy-efficient appliances and systems compliant with American Energy Efficiency Standards have been implemented, ensuring optimal energy efficiency while reducing operational costs without compromising comfort. With the measures taken during the construction and the selection of low-emitting materials, indoor air quality has been ensured for users.

Construction waste was responsibly directed to disposal sites without harming the environment, while recyclable materials were sent to recycling facilities. Sustainable and eco-friendly building materials were prioritized throughout the project.
