CEVA Logistics Tuzla 1 Building has been awarded a certificate under the BREEAM In-Use International category, which aims to improve existing buildings in terms of environment, health, efficiency, and comfort, achieving Good (Asset Performance) and Very Good (Management Performance) levels.

Within the scope of the project, for which Altensis provided BREEAM management services, existing practices regarding locker rooms, showers, lockers, accessibility for people with disabilities, pedestrian safety, and similar topics were evaluated and improved in order to enhance user access to the building, building usage, and building safety. In addition, the building management’s policies on recycling, domestic waste, and environmentally friendly material and product procurement, as well as the building’s monthly and annual electricity and water consumption, were examined in detail and improvements were made in potential areas.
