CEVA Logistics Antalya TM Building has been awarded a certificate under the BREEAM In-Use – International program, which aims to improve the environmental performance, occupant health, energy efficiency, and comfort levels of existing buildings, achieving Good (Asset Performance) and Very Good (Management Performance) ratings. This achievement is regarded as a significant step in aligning the building with sustainability and quality standards.

Within the scope of the project, under Altensis’ BREEAM management services, detailed measures were taken to enhance users’ access to the building, overall building experience, and safety conditions. Existing practices in areas such as locker rooms, showers, lockers, accessibility for people with disabilities, pedestrian safety, and similar aspects were carefully reviewed, and necessary improvements were implemented.

In addition, the building management’s policies on recycling and waste management, as well as environmentally responsible material and product procurement processes, were thoroughly examined. The building’s monthly and annual electricity and water consumption were analyzed, and potential areas for improving energy and resource efficiency were identified. This comprehensive effort aims both to enhance occupant comfort and to minimize environmental impacts.
