ASF Center, which operates under the FDN Group, has been awarded LEED v4 Interior Design and Construction: Retail certification at the GOLD level. ASF Center, located in Kartal, provides authorized dealership and service operations.

Within the scope of the project, energy efficiency was prioritized across all building service systems. The design and selection of lighting fixtures, heating, cooling, ventilation, and automation systems were carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 energy efficiency standard. Through the selection of high-efficiency water fixtures, a water use reduction of over 45% was achieved.

The project also contributes to reducing the environmental impacts of the construction industry by incorporating materials with recycled content. Particular attention was paid to ensuring that interior finish materials were low-emitting products, tested and certified in accordance with international standards. In addition, great importance was given to maintaining indoor air quality, and the ventilation systems were designed in compliance with the ASHRAE 62.1-2010 standard.
