AKBATI AVYM, which has the Breeam Bespoke certificate at Good level in Esenyurt,  has been awarded BREEAM In Use – International Certificate of Excellent level, which aims to improve the use of buildings in terms of environment, health, efficiency and comfort.. Under Altensis’s BREEAM management services, additional applications have been made to the building users’ access to the building, improvements in building use and building security.

In addition; operational waste management, environmental policies such as sustainable procurement and monthly – annual energy & water consumption data of the building have been examined in detail and improvements have been made.  As a result of ASHRAE energy audit, the building’s deficiencies were identified and a road map for energy efficiency was drawn.
