The Ziraat Towers Project, located within the Istanbul Financial Center, has been awarded PLATINUM level certification.

  • Indoor air quality is a key focus of the LEED criteria for ensuring employee comfort and health. Accordingly, fresh air rates were determined in compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 standards, creating a healthy and comfortable workspace.
  • The building was designed to maximize daylight access and provide scenic views for occupants. Additionally, solar control elements and adjustable lighting controls were integrated to allow employees to manage glare and illumination levels for enhanced comfort and satisfaction.
  • Low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) construction materials, including paints, primers, adhesives, and sealants, were selected to comply with international health and safety limits.
  • Water-efficient fixtures and gray water reuse in reservoirs have resulted in over 45% water efficiency.
  • Energy-efficient façade systems were selected to comply with sustainability and efficiency standards.
  • Free cooling systems enable optimal comfort levels during transitional seasons while minimizing energy consumption.
  • The office floors rely on 100% fresh-air HVAC systems for ventilation.
  • All mechanical and electrical systems within the complex are monitored and controlled via a central automation system, with performance values continuously tracked and recorded.
