Located in Serik-Antalya, Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek consists of 3 villas and 1 restaurant building, all designed with user comfort in mind and complemented by eco-friendly practices. The project has earned the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction: Hospitality category certification at the GOLD level.

The operational scenario of the project focuses on incorporating systems that reduce energy and water consumption while enhancing indoor air quality through thoughtful design and solutions. During the decision-making process, the American Energy Efficiency Standard requirements were considered. Energy-efficient equipment and systems were implemented, and off-site renewable energy sources were utilized. This approach ensured energy efficiency, reduced costs, and maintained user comfort. During construction, low-emission materials were selected to ensure high indoor air quality.

Recyclable waste generated during the construction stage was directed to recycling facilities. Additionally, sustainable and environmentally friendly construction materials were prioritized in selecting materials used in the building.
