About the project
Istanbul Sanayi Odası Odakule building, which is located in the Beyoğlu district, is entitled to receive a certificate at the GOLD level under the LEED Major Renovations category.
The building is located within the walking distance to public transportaion nodes and amenities. In order to reduce emission rates regarding with transportaion electrical vehicle cgarhing station has been provided. With the use of high efficient water fixtures, potable water demand of the building is reduced.
Building interior design is based on utilizing the highest level of daylight. In this way, it is aimed to reduce the energy consumed for illumination and to use the positive effects of daylight on the inhabitants.
