Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the altensis.com website and its subpages operated by Altensis İnşaat Enerji San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Altensis”). For details on how your personal data is processed, please see our Data Protection Notice.

• Information you provide: your name, e-mail, phone number, message and CV shared through the contact, job application and newsletter forms or by e-mail.
• Information recorded automatically: the IP address, browser information, date-time and page viewed, recorded in server logs during your visit. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use cookies or analytics tools for advertising, profiling or tracking visitors.

We use only one cookie, which is necessary for the website to work:

• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you selected. It is a first-party cookie, kept for 1 year, and contains no personal data.

You can delete this cookie in your browser settings; the website will then open in your browser's language. If we start using analytics or similar cookies, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.

Some pages load content from third-party servers. In this case your browser connects to that server and your IP address is shared with the provider:

• Map: the map tiles on the contact page are loaded from OpenFreeMap servers.
• Press: TV recordings and some news links are played or opened from Medya Takip servers.
• Directions: the “Get directions” link opens Google Maps.
• Social media: when you click the LinkedIn, X, Instagram or Facebook links, the privacy policy of that platform applies.

We use your information to respond to your requests, evaluate job applications, send our newsletter if you have consented and keep the website secure. We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising.

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); information you submit through forms is transmitted encrypted and kept in systems accessible only to authorised staff. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights under the KVKK and how to exercise them are described in our Data Protection Notice.

We may update this policy when needed. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top changes.

You can send your questions about this policy to info@altensis.com.
