About the project
Gülnar Koru Houses in Zekeriyaköy, Istanbul has been the first LEED for Homes Platinum certified project in Turkey. The LEED For Homes evaluation system is a green building evaluation and certification system developed by USGBC for low-rise and medium-rise detached houses and residences.
