About the project
The GULNAR HOMES project, located at a point nesting in nature at Zekeriyaköy, takes its name from a beautiful cherry species rarely found in the region. The project, which consists of 5 twin villa type residences, won Turkey’s FIRST LEED for HOMES certificate with rare environment and human friendly applications .
The project, which is designed and constructed in accordance with completely green building criteria,is good example that not only large commercial buildings but also independent houses have very important opportunities to be environment friendly.
