About the project
Erkut Soyak High School has become a pioneering educational institution in this respect by receiving the BREEAM In Use certificate aiming to improve the buildings in use in terms of environment, health, efficiency and comfort. Within the scope of the project that Altensis provided BREEAM management services, energy efficiency, water efficiency and resource efficiency have to be taken into consideration. In addition, new systems have been implemented to increase user comfort as well as building security. As a result of the Ashrae Energy study conducted by Altensis, the building’s deficiencies were identified and a road map was drawn and the improvements were made to be most economical.
