Eren Retail and Textile

Eren Retail and Textile is an exemplary project located in the Çorlu area of Ergene, Tekirdağ, designed in line with sustainability principles. The project has been awarded LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction Gold certification.

Thanks to the use of water-efficient faucets and flush fixtures, the building has achieved a 50% reduction in water consumption. A 50% improvement in energy performance has been achieved through an energy-efficient façade design, energy-saving lighting fixtures, and high-efficiency mechanical equipment.

Healthy indoor environmental conditions have been targeted through the use of low-emitting materials. Furthermore, more than 15% of the construction cost consists of products with sustainability certifications and sourced from responsible suppliers.
