The A Block project of the Antalya OSB Technopark Administrative Building has been awarded GOLD level certification. The project is located within Antalya OSB.

The building complies with ASHRAE 90.1 (American Building Energy Efficiency Standard), ensuring energy savings and providing a significant operational cost advantage for occupants.

High-efficiency water fixtures have been installed, achieving over 40% water efficiency.

Material selection prioritized recycled content and the use of local materials.

Low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) materials were chosen for indoor spaces to enhance air quality.

Landscape plants were selected based on their suitability for the local climate.

During construction, waste segregation, as well as erosion and sedimentation control measures, were carefully implemented.
