AgeSA-AKSigorta-MediSA Headquarters

AGESA-AKSIGORTA-MEDİSA Headquarters is an office project developed in line with sustainability principles, covering an area of 8,700 m² in Ataşehir, Istanbul. The project has been awarded LEED v4 ID+C: Commercial Interiors Gold certification.

Thanks to the installation of water-efficient fixtures, the building's total annual water consumption has been reduced by approximately 45% compared to standard buildings. Furthermore, all equipment used in the project complies with the requirements of the ASHRAE 90.1 standard and offers high energy efficiency.

Healthy indoor environmental conditions have been targeted through the use of low-emitting materials. In addition, waste management and recycling practices have been implemented to promote resource efficiency and minimize environmental impacts.
