U\u00e7ak bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m ve modifikasyon konusunda k\u00fcresel pazar\u0131n dengelerini de\u011fi\u015ftirecek g\u00fc\u00e7te bir proje olan HABOM, THY\u2019nin i\u015ftirak \u015firketlerinden T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 Teknik A.\u015e.\u2019nin bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m kabiliyet ve kapasitesini art\u0131rmak, havac\u0131l\u0131k alan\u0131nda kapsaml\u0131 bir \u201cekosistem\u201d yaratmak amac\u0131yla tamam\u0131 \u015firketin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanan yakla\u015f\u0131k 550 milyon dolarl\u0131k bir yat\u0131r\u0131mla hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015fti. \u0130stanbul Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Uluslararas\u0131 Havaliman\u0131\u2019ndaki 380 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131yla u\u00e7ak bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m ve modifikasyon pazar\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck 5 tesisi aras\u0131na girmeyi hedefleyen HABOM, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131, kullan\u0131lan teknolojiler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu hedefleyen sosyal alanlar\u0131 ile her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir \u201cya\u015fam alan\u0131\u201d olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THY\u2019nin bir alt kurulu\u015fu olan T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131 Havac\u0131l\u0131k A\u011f\u0131r Bak\u0131m Onar\u0131m Merkezi A.\u015e. h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda \u0130stanbul Atat\u00fcrk Havaliman\u0131 ve Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kurulu olan 2 ayr\u0131 hangar bak\u0131m merkezinde ticari u\u00e7aklara hat bak\u0131m, \u00fcs bak\u0131m, komponent, boya ve u\u00e7ak tip e\u011fitimleri hizmetleri veriyor. HABOM Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en tesisleri ile birlikte kapal\u0131 alan kapasitesini ise y\u00fczde 190 oran\u0131nda art\u0131ran THY Teknik A.\u015e. dar g\u00f6vde u\u00e7ak bak\u0131m kapasitesini y\u00fczde 57, geni\u015f g\u00f6vde u\u00e7ak bak\u0131m kapasitesini ise y\u00fczde 43 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f. HABOM Sabiha G\u00f6k\u00e7en Havaliman\u0131 yerle\u015fkesi i\u00e7erisinde ayn\u0131 anda 3 geni\u015f g\u00f6vdeli u\u00e7ak 11 adet de dar g\u00f6vdeli u\u00e7a\u011fa hizmet verilirken tesiste komponent at\u00f6lyeleri, boya hangar\u0131, enerji merkezi, su ar\u0131tma merkezi, kimyasal deposu, e\u011fitim merkezi ve sosyal tesisler de bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>20 hektarl\u0131k bir alan \u00fczerinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 380 bin metrekarelik kapal\u0131 alana sahip olan HABOM projesi, m\u00fchendislik ve mimari a\u00e7\u0131dan bir\u00e7ok yenili\u011fi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir proje. M\u00fc\u015favirlik hizmeti \u00f6nce ORION A\u011f\u0131r \u00c7elik Yap\u0131 M\u00fchendisli\u011fi\u2019ne, sonras\u0131nda AE Mimarl\u0131k At\u00f6lyesi\u2019ne; mimari projesi ise AE Mimarl\u0131k At\u00f6lyesi\u2019ne ait. Projenin ana y\u00fcklenici firmas\u0131 ise YDA \u0130n\u015faat. \u0130n\u015faat alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ilk toprak analizlerinin ard\u0131ndan, zeminin ta\u015f\u0131ma \u00f6zellikleri dikkate al\u0131narak proje 1. S\u0131n\u0131f Deprem Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ne g\u00f6re haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f. Kaz\u0131 ve kontroll\u00fc dolgudan olu\u015fan hafriyat i\u015flerinin ard\u0131ndan toplam uzunlu\u011fu 150 km\u2019yi bulan fore kaz\u0131klar \u00fczerine temeli oturtulan HABOM\u2019un, b\u00fcy\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6zel m\u00fchendislik isteyen hangar in\u015faat\u0131nda ise \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Geni\u015f G\u00f6vdeli U\u00e7ak Bak\u0131m Hangar\u0131 ve Ek Binas\u0131, Dar G\u00f6vdeli U\u00e7ak Bak\u0131m Hangar\u0131 ve Ek Binas\u0131, Genel Merkez Binas\u0131, Sosyal Merkez, Giyinme Soyunma ve G\u00fcvenlik Binas\u0131, At\u00f6lye Binalar\u0131, Kimyasal Depo, Katl\u0131 Otopark, Enerji Merkezi, At\u0131k Deposu ve Su Ar\u0131tma Tesisinden olu\u015fan projenin rakamsal boyutu, yap\u0131lan i\u015fin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlamaya yetiyor. Projede toplam 450 bin metrek\u00fcp beton, 24 bin ton yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik, 57 bin ton in\u015faat demiri kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan borular\u0131n uzunlu\u011fu ise toplam 275 kilometre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fonksiyonlara ve ihtiya\u00e7lara odaklanmakla birlikte hacim ve k\u00fctle dengesini etkileyici bir bi\u00e7imde kurmay\u0131 ba\u015faran HABOM, \u00f6zellikle cephede kendini hissettiren minimal yal\u0131n formlar ve \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zeten mimari yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ile end\u00fcstriyel yap\u0131lar\u0131n hantal ve karanl\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnden hayli uzak bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc \u00e7iziyor. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan n\u00f6tr ve pastel tercihleri ile olduk\u00e7a modern bir etkiye sahip olan HABOM, i\u00e7eride enerjik ve cesur renkler, y\u00fcksek tavanl\u0131 ferah odalar, iyi ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f koridorlar, konsepti devam ettiren oturma gruplar\u0131, mobilyalar ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck s\u00fcrprizler ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sadece rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kendilerini \u00f6zel hissetmelerini de sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEED Gold sahibi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>HABOM, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de u\u00e7ak bak\u0131m\u0131 alan\u0131nda ilk LEED Gold sertif kas\u0131 alan yap\u0131. Tipik enerji verimli bir binaya oranla y\u00fczde 30 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji t\u00fcketim oran\u0131na sahip. Tesis in\u015fas\u0131nda<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en y\u00fcksek kapasiteli toprak kaynakl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 pompalar\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Buna ek olarak \u0131s\u0131tma, so\u011futma ve enerji elde edebilmek i\u00e7in 6.000 KW kapasiteli trijenerasyon sistemi kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca tesiste ya\u011fmur sular\u0131 ve evsel at\u0131k sular geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclerek y\u00fczde 40 su tasarrufu sa\u011flan\u0131yor. \u0130nsan ve \u00e7evre odakl\u0131 bir proje olan HABOM\u2019un \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yap\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131nda, i\u00e7eri\u011finde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck VOC (u\u00e7ucu organik zararl\u0131 bile\u015fik) oranl\u0131 malzemeler tercih edilmi\u015f. Projenin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden elektrik \u00fcretim kapasitesi ise 1.5 Megawatt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HABOM ve LEED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>HABOM projesi kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri LEED New Construction sisteminde Gold seviyesinde sertifika hedeflenmi\u015f. Bu ama\u00e7la, daha projenin planlama a\u015famas\u0131ndan itibaren proje payda\u015flar\u0131 ile \u00e7e\u015fitli hedef ve strateji belirleme toplant\u0131lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f. Bu toplant\u0131lar planlama, projelendirme ve in\u015faat s\u00fcrecinde de devam ederek, bu sayede LEED sertifikasyonu s\u00fcrecinin belirlenen hedeflere, en optimum yoldan ula\u015fmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f. S\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7evre dostu binalar ve enerji verimlili\u011fi konusunda uzman Altensis firmas\u0131 bu projenin LEED dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve proje y\u00f6netimi hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LEED sertifikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda HABOM projesinde uygulanan baz\u0131 konular \u015funlar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bina arazisinde, in\u015faat esnas\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131n korunmas\u0131na azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dikkat edilmi\u015f. Bina arazisinde bitkilendirilmi\u015f alanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin \u00fczerinde. Ayr\u0131ca bitkilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 esnas\u0131nda yerel ve adapte olmu\u015f bitkiler se\u00e7ilerek, su t\u00fcketiminin ve kimyasal g\u00fcbre kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n en aza indirgenmesi hedefleniyor.<\/li>\n<li>Yap\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n altyap\u0131ya ve \u00f6zelikle ya\u011fmur suyu \u015febekesine getirece\u011fi y\u00fck\u00fcn en aza indirgenmesi i\u00e7in sert zeminlerin oran\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutulmu\u015f, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ge\u00e7irgen y\u00fczeyler kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Ayr\u0131ca ya\u011fmur sular\u0131 toplanarak tekrardan kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<li>Hibrit ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu ara\u00e7lara ayr\u0131lacak \u00f6zel park yerleri, di\u011ferlerine oranla \u00e7evreye daha az zararl\u0131 bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeye y\u00f6nelik.<\/li>\n<li>Musluklardan toplanan gri suyun ar\u0131t\u0131larak, sifonlarda tekrardan de\u011ferlendirilmesi ile su tasarrufu konusunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Ayr\u0131ca bina kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan su armat\u00fcrleri ve vitrifiyelerde su tasarruflu olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi aranm\u0131\u015f. Bu se\u00e7imlerde EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standartlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmu\u015f. Yap\u0131lan uygulamalar ile binan\u0131n su t\u00fcketiminin EPA standard\u0131na oranla en az y\u00fczde 40 daha verimli olmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/li>\n<li>Binadaki enerji harcayan t\u00fcm sistemler LEED taraf\u0131ndan belirtilen commissioning prosed\u00fcrlerine uygun olarak denetlenmi\u015f. Gerek montaj gerek kullan\u0131m esnas\u0131nda hedeflenen performans kriterlerine uygun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 denetlenmi\u015f.<\/li>\n<li>Tesis kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan ayd\u0131nlatma ve mekanik sistemlerde enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00f6n planda tutulmu\u015f. Amerikan enerji verimlili\u011fi standard\u0131na (ASHRAE 90.1) uygun olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f sistemlerin enerji sarfiyatlar\u0131, yap\u0131lacak bilgisayarl\u0131 enerji modellemesi sonucunda de\u011ferlendirilecek.<\/li>\n<li>Tesiste kurulan toprak kaynakl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 ve Trijen sistemi ile binan\u0131n Amerikan Enerji verimlilik standard\u0131 olan ASHRAE 90.1 standard\u0131ndan en az y\u00fczde 30 daha verimli olmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015f.<\/li>\n<li>Binada kullan\u0131lacak solar su \u0131s\u0131tma sistemleri ile s\u0131cak su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketimi en az indiriliyor.<\/li>\n<li>Binalarda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sistemin enerji sarfiyat\u0131 enerji analiz\u00f6rleri ve bina otomasyon sistemi vas\u0131tas\u0131yla g\u00f6zlemleniyor.
